Building Control System
Terms of use
Last updated 14 July 2026
Access to the Building Control System is something the church grants, and can take back at any time. The system is provided as it is, with no promises that it will work. If it works, use it. If it does not, do not rely on it.
Who this is for
The Building Control System is for volunteers and staff the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Minnetonka has authorized to help operate the building. It is not offered to the public, and there is no way to sign up for it.
Your access
The church decides who gets access, and can remove it at any time, for any reason, without telling you first.
- Your access is yours. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else use your Google account to reach the system.
- Use the system only to operate the church building.
- Do not try to get around the sign-in, reach parts of the system you were not given, or probe it for weaknesses.
- Tell whoever administers the building systems if you no longer need access, or if you think someone else has got hold of your account.
No promises
The system is provided as it is. It may be slow, it may be down, it may show you something wrong. The church makes no warranty of any kind about it, express or implied, including any warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose.
Do not treat it as a safety system. If something is wrong with the building, deal with the building. Do not assume this will be reachable, and do not wait on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Minnetonka is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the Building Control System, or out of it being unavailable when you wanted it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
